Victor Joel Ortiz is a Puerto Rican actor based in New York City. He is best known for his roles in television series such as Tommy opposite Edie Falco, Instinct opposite Alan Cumming, and Homeland opposite Claire Danes. His career spans appearances in popular shows like Person of Interest, The Blacklist, and a recurring role on Madam Secretary.

Additionally, he has worked on films like Men in Black 3 opposite Will Smith and Josh Brolin, and The Wizard of Lies starring Robert DeNiro.
